Pomfret Curry
Components:
1 lb. pomfret areas
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 onion grated
1 tomato chopped wonderful
2 tsp. ginger paste
2 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Treatment:
Warm oil inside of a non-adhere frying pan and fry the onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic, alongside one another with
cumin and coriander powders and cilantro/coriander leaves for 5 minutes upon minimal warmth. Insert pomfret components, coconut milk, turmeric and chilli powders and salt with each other with 50 % a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium small warmth for 20 5 minutes.
