Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Combine 1/4 cup cream with chocolate chips in microwave 1 minute or until smooth when stirred with a spoon.
Cool.
Beat the rest of the cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold chocolate mixture in the whipped cream.
Chill and serve.
