Handmade Gyoza Skins

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Put the flour in a bowl and drizzle in the hot water.
Mix with chopsticks.
When the dough is crumbly, knead it together in the bowl.
Take the dough out of the bowl onto a working surface and knead well until it's smooth.
Roll the dough into a sausage, and cut into 7 pieces.
Roll out each piece into a circle, turning it as you roll.
