Cindy's Biscuits

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Mix flour and baking powder.
Cut in butter with fork or pastry cutter (or hands :).
Use a fork to beat in milk gradually to form a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, flatten dough to 3/4 inch.
Using a biscuit cutter or small rimmed glass dipped in flour, cut out biscuits.
Place biscuits on cookie tray or baking stone and bake at 425 for approx 8-10min (top will golden slightly).
