Components

Yogurt 32 oz.

Coriander seeds 2 tsp. Cumin seeds 2 tsp.
Pink Chili powder 1 tsp. Chana Daal 1 tsp.
Rice or rice powder 1 tsp. Coconut (grated) 2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp.
Mustard 1 tsp.
Turmeric pinch
Purple Chili 1

Preparing

Fry Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Chana Daal, Crimson Chili in just a minor oil.
Grind the blend with the coconut and incorporate to the overwhelmed yogurt. Include turmeric and carry to a boil. Stir within rice powder, and warmth upon very low until finally constant texture is attained.
Warm oil and mustard seeds and insert to the blend.
