Pineapple Gojju
Components
1 canned (little) overwhelmed pineapple
1 desk sp sesame seeds
1 desk sp urad dhal
1 desk sp channa dhal
3 purple chillies
2 green chillies
1 tsp chick peas
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
a very little piece of jagerry OR 1 desk sp brown sugar
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt to flavor
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4-5 desk sp's Oil for frying
1 tsp mustard seeds
Strategy
1.Dry fry sesame seeds, urad dhal, channa dhal, crimson chillies and asafoetida until eventually they all switch roast(frying season 5-6 mins)
2.Grind the fried inside gredients with green chillies, chick peas, tamarind
paste, jaggery (or brown sugar) and grated coconut to a tender paste
(increase small water When grinding).
3.Within the meantime, continue to keep oil within just a kadai and allow for it warm for a moment. Then put mustard seeds and turmeric powder and allow for mustard seeds to pop.
4.Then put the canned overwhelmed pineapple to it and fry the pineapple for
regarding 15 mins nearly.
5.Afterwards upon, insert the floor paste to the fried pineapple and fry additional 10 mins.
6.Insert salt in accordance to flavor
7.Remove kadai against the warm.
8.This goes nicely as a facet dish with chapatis or rice & rasam and can be consumed warm or chilly.
