Combination Veg Curry
Elements
1 cup blended greens sliced, boiled
(hire carrot, cauliflower, beans, peas, potato, and so forth.)
1 tomato sliced
1/2 coconut grated
1/2 tsp. ginger grated
1/2 tsp. garlic overwhelmed
3 green chillies
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. every cumin, mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. crimson chilli powder salt to flavor
1 tsp.lemon juice
2 cloves
1" piece cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
Procedure
1.Drain the boiled veggies, hold stock apart.
2.Combine collectively, coconut, chillies, sesame seeds, cinnamon, cloves in just mixie.
3.Warmth butter, include seeds, let to splutter.
4.Include ginger, garlic and paste.
5.Stir fry for 3 -4 minutes.
6.Include greens unless of course tomatoes.

7.Include 1/2 cup stock. Protect, simmer for 5 minutes.
8.Increase salt, chilli powder,tomatoes and cook until eventually gravy is thick.
9.Provide very hot with parathas or chappatis.
