Everyday Baking Mix
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 months.
Whisk before using.
