Churros

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
spices, cinnamon, ground

Directions:
In a saucepan, add water, sugar, salt and oil.
Stir until boiling.
Then remove from heat.
Stir in flour and mix well until you form a ball.
In a dutch oven, add 1 quart of vegetable oil.
Heat oil to 375'F.
Using a piping bag with a star tip, add dough to hot oil and fry.
Don't add too many to pot at same time (3-4).
Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
Roll each churro in the topping mix so they are coated.
Shake off any excess.
