Vegetable Pie

Substances

2 cups simple flour (maida)
100 gms. chilled butter
1/2 tsp. salt chilled water

For Filling

2 cups Chopped veggies of selection (eg. potatoes, peas, beans, carrot, spinach, cauliflower and so on, All or any)
2 onions
1 tomato
2 green chillies
1/2" piece ginger
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. crimson chilli powder
1/2 tsp. curry masala (or garam masala)
1 tbsp. product
1 tsp. corn flour salt to style

Technique

Sieve with each other flour and salt.
Incorporate chilled butter. Mixture with fork until eventually mix is crumbly. Sprinkle chilled water above it.
Qu ickly, with mild hand incorporate the dough into a lump.
Do not higher than knead.
Chill dough for 15 mins. within a plastic bag. Roll dough into 4" thick spherical.
Level about a greased pie plate.
Prick with a fork all in excess of.
Bake in just a pre -heated o ven for 12 mins., or until eventually light-weight brown. Hold apart. Filling
Grate tomato, onion, ginger. Finely chop green chillies.
Chope and boil other veggies.
Warm oil inside of a skillet, include the grated veggies and chillies. Cook for 4-5 mins. Stirring once in a while.
