Granola Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
oats
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
butter, without salt
raisins, seeded
spices, cinnamon, ground
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan with greased aluminum foil.
Mix all ingredients together and press into pan till flat.
Bake for 25 to 30 min.
When cold, cut into bars.
Makes 48 bars.
