6 chickoos
1/2 tea cup milk
1/4 - 1/3 cup sugar
150 gms khoya or milk powder intended paste.
2 - 3 drops cochineal (essence)
1 tbsp ghee
Tactic
Peel and mash chickoos or merge.
Increase milk and boil inside weighty saucepan.
After a bit thick include khoya and cook, stirring persistently.
Increase sugar and ghee. Cook upon minimal turning regularly right until ghee oozes. Garnish with almond or walnut within just center of the halwa.
