Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese
Ingredients:
salad dressing, ranch dressing, regular
cheese, cheddar
bacon, meatless
potatoes, raw, skin
parsley, fresh
chives, raw
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and toss lightly.
Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish and cover the dish with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
