1 kg juicy orange carrots
1 1/2 litre milk
400-500 gm sugar
elaichi powder (cardomon)
saffron couple flakes
number of drops orange shade (optional)
1 tbsp ghee
Strategy
Peel and grate carrots
Put milk and carrots in just a hefty saucepan. Boil right up until thick, stirring occassionally. The moment it begins thickening, stir continually. Include sugar and cook
more right up until thickens. Incorporate ghee, elaichi, saffron and shade. Stir upon very low warmth until the blend collects within just a comfortable ball or the
ghee oozes out. Provide
very hot, embellished with a chopped almond or pista.
