All Natural Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
syrup, maple, canadian
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
vanilla extract
salt, table
Directions:
Whisk water and syrup together in a small saucepan over medium heat.
When mixture boils, reduce heat to low and whisk in cocoa powder until no lumps remain.
Continue to simmer until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
