Basic Whole Wheat Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
honey
water, bottled, generic
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients.
Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until just moistened.
Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins.
Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes.
