Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients:
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Wisk all dry ingredients together in a saucepan.
Add the water and wisk together all ingredients.
Cook on stovetop on high heat until boiling.
Remove from heat and sauce will thicken as it stands.
