Coconut Potato Kisses
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
butter, without salt
salt, table
vanilla extract
sugars, powdered
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
Directions:
Cream together potatoes, margarine, salt and vanilla.
Stir in powdered sugar.
Stir in coconut.
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
Cool until set.
