Homemade Cake Flour
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cornstarch
Directions:
Remove 2 tablespoons of the all purpose flour from the cup of flour.
Add the 2 tablespoons of corn starch to the flour.
Sift the flour and corn starch together well; usually 2-3 siftings will be sufficient.
Use the sifted flour in place of cake flour in your recipes.
