Ingredients:
6 ts Prompt espresso
4 tb Unsweetened cocoa
1 ts ground cinnamon
5 tb Sugar whipped cream Blend all ingredients.
Directions:
To create a cup of espresso Use 1 tablespoon of mixture and vacation put in large mug; pour 1 ½ cups boiling water more than and stir. top with whipped cream.
To deliver a scaled-down cup just lower mix down to 1/2 tablespoon and 3/4 cup boiling water. Serves 10-12.
