Sandwich Rolls

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
oil, canola
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
honey
salt, table
beverages, ovaltine, classic malt powder
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Directions:
Add ingredients listed to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the DOUGH cycle and press START.
Once the cycle is complete, punch down the dough and transfer to a lightly floured surface.
Cut into 12 equal-size pieces and form into balls.
Flatten the rolls slightly and place onto a lightly greased large sheet pan, spacing about 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart.
Alternately, if you have a silicone mat, sprinkle it with some cornmeal before placing the rolls on the pan (I use this method).
When all rolls are placed, flatten them again slightly and use a sharp knife to cut an X in the top of each, if desired.
Cover with a clean towel and let them rise until at least double in size.
I really let them rise until they touch.
About 10 minutes before baking, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until nicely browned.
Remove from oven and let cool on the pan.
Store in a bread container or large zip-top bags.
