Demerara (uncooked brown) sugar
Double (large) product; whipped till somewhat thick
Directions:
Pour the espresso into a warmed glass. add the whisky and the sugar to taste. Stir nicely. Pour some frivolously whipped cream into the glass about the back again of a teaspoon.
