Directions:
Mix all: a 90%/10% ratio of Kosher Salt to White Pepper in a container.
Put it in a container with a lid and save until a recipe calls for salt
Then add to any recipe "to taste"
Note: Never add the exact amount of salt to any recipe.
You can always add more but you can't add less.
