4 c Potent fresh espresso
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Irish whiskey
1 c whipping product
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Irish whiskey
Directions:
Point 4 cups of highly effective fresh new espresso in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of sugar, or to taste. add 1/2 cup Irish Whiskey and heat properly still do not boil. (Scotch, Bourbon or other whiskeys may be applied.) In the meantime whip 1 cup whipping product until light. Fight within 2 tb every of sugar and Irish whiskey. Pour espresso into mugs or goblets and pipe or spoon flavoured product on top.
