Oatmeal from the Tropics

Ingredients:
oats
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
bananas, raw
nuts, macadamia nuts, raw
honey
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)

Directions:
Soak oats overnight in 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
This will break them down and make them eaiser to digest.
You can skip this step.
In the morning, combine all the other ingredients in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl and serve.
:) NOTE: If you want more protein, add a scoop of protein powder or dry milk.
