Caramel Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
sugars, powdered

Directions:
Heat butter in 2 quart.
saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar & heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil & stir over low heat for 2 min then stir in lowfat milk & bring back to the boil.
Remove from heat & cold to lukewarm.
Stir in powdered sugar gradually.
Place in bowl of cool water & beat till smooth & spreadable.
