Bhel Puri
Elements:
2 cups puffed rice (readily available within the cereal portion of Western supermarkets)
1 cup cooked chickpeas
2 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 lower onion, finely chopped
2 oz. (almost 50 g) sev/bhujia. Beaten potato chips are a wonderful favourable, if uncommon
alternative
2 oz. (virtually 50 g) salted peanuts
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt or to flavor
Process:
Mixture the puffed rice, chickpeas, potatoes, onions and peanuts. Insert tomato sauce, combine properly and then sprinkle salt and the sev/potato chips. The combination really should be created automatically prior to serving, or the puffed rice will convert soggy.
