Egg Curry
Elements:
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp. salt or to style
4 eggs, boiled and halved
Chilli powder (optional)
1/2 lbs .. tomatoes, pureed
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tablespoon oil
Process:
Warmth oil inside of a reduced non-adhere frying pan (or skillet) and fry the cumin seeds for fifty percent a second,
just before introducing the potatoes and tomatoes, salt and turmeric and chilli powder. Cook right until finished (relating to 10 minutes), incorporate 1/2 cup scorching water, boiled eggs and simmer, then garnish with cilantro/coriander and provide.
