Shrimp Curry
Elements:
1 lb. shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 onion, pureed
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tomato, pureed
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Tactic:
Warm oil within just a non-adhere frying pan and fry the onion, tomato, ginger and garlic, alongside one another with cumin and coriander powders and cilantro/coriander leaves for 5 minutes upon medium very low warmth. Increase shrimp, turmeric and chilli powders and salt jointly with 50 % a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium minimal warmth for 20 5 minutes. Maintain the pan lined with a lid. Stir perfectly to
enable the shrimps incorporate with the spices. Year with lemon juice, garnish with cilantro/coriander in advance of serving.
