1 lb. fish, slash into parts
4 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 green bell pepper thinly sliced into very long strips
1 onion thinly sliced into prolonged strips
Salt and pepper to flavor
Soy sauce to style
1 tbsp. oil
Strategy:
