"schmeer" for Roasts
Ingredients:
spices, paprika
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black
spices, onion powder
spices, oregano, dried
spices, basil, dried
spices, thyme, dried
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Combine spices in a small bowl.
Add just enough water to make a very thick paste.
Smear on beef roasts, pork roasts or chicken (whole or parts) before dry roasting.
