Butter Chicken

3 pounds. chicken drumsticks/ thighs/ sliced breast areas

1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
3 tsp. chilli powder (optional)
1 cup yogurt or buttermilk
1 cup bitter product
1/2 cup/4 oz. tomato puree
4 oz. butter
6 cardamoms
6 cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
3 tsp. salt or to flavor
Solution:
Warmth the oil inside of a massive saucepan. Fry the ginger, garlic, cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves upon medium minimal warm for a moment, and incorporate the chicken with the yogurt or buttermilk, tomato puree, bitter product, chilli powder and salt. Cook upon medium small warm, stirring once in a while, for fifty percent an hour, maintaining the saucepan included with a lid. Increase butter just before serving.
