Decadent Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
vanilla extract
salt, table
candies, semisweet chocolate
Directions:
Heat the milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it is just below simmering, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla, salt, and chocolate to taste.
Whisk the milk until the chocolate is completely melted.
Reheat the milk gently over low heat, as needed.
Serve immediately.
