Mushroom Curry

Components:
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 very low onion, chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. coriander powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 higher potato, cooked peeled and cubed
1 tsp. salt or to style
1 tbsp. oil

Approach:
Warm the oil within just a minor non-adhere frying pan (or skillet), and fry the onion and tomato, ginger and garlic pastes jointly with cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders 5 minutes. Include the mushrooms and potatoes, time with salt and cook for an additional 5 minutes till finished.
