Cabbage & Potato Curry
Components:
1 lb. shredded cabbage
2 onions chopped good
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 enormous potato, cooked and cubed
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Solution:
Warmth oil in just a non-adhere frying pan and (or skillet) fry the onions, ginger and garlic, with each other with cumin seeds and coriander powder for 5 minutes. Incorporate potato, shredded cabbage, turmeric and chilli powders and salt jointly with fifty percent a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium lower warm for 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
