Cauliflower & Mashed Potato Curry
Substances:
1 lb. cauliflower florets
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 potato, cooked and mashed
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
1 tbsp. oil
Process:
Warmth oil in just a non-adhere frying pan (or skillet) and fry the cumin seeds collectively with the ginger, for a few of minutes upon reduced warm. Insert potato, cauliflower florets, turmeric and chilli powders and salt with each other with 50 percent a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium small warmth for 15
minutes.
