Cauliflower & Potato curry
(Alu Gobi)

Components:
1 lb. cauliflower florets
2 onions chopped fantastic
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 enormous potato, cooked and cubed
1 tsp. salt or to style
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil

Solution:
Warm oil in just a non-adhere frying pan and (or skillet) fry the onions, ginger and garlic, chopped
cilantro/coriander alongside one another with cumin and coriander powders for 5 minutes. Incorporate potato, cauliflower florets, turmeric and chilli powders and salt with each other with 50 percent a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium reduced warm for 15 minutes. Blend very well to make sure that the greens combination with the spices. Be cautious not to earlier mentioned cook the cauliflower. Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
