Gluten-free Pizza Crust made from Rice Flour

Ingredients:
rice flour, white, unenriched
salt, table
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Combine the rice flour and salt, and mix well.
Dissolve the sugar completely in lukewarm water.
Add the yeast and stir to make the yeast mixture.
Mix the olive oil and yeast mixture into the combined rice flour and salt bowl.
Knead well.
After kneading, form the dough into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.
Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Spread out the dough with your hands into a circle.
Spread olive oil over the surface.
Top with your choice of ingredients.
Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220C.
Adjust the thickness of the crust to suit your taste.
