Heart Healthy Apple Crisp Recipe
Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
lemon juice, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, brown
oats
butter, without salt
Directions:
Lightly oil or spray pan.
Arrange apples in prepared dish and sprinkle with lemon and cinnamon.
Combine flour, sugar, and oatmeal.
Cut in butter till mix is crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or until apples are tender.
