Rumpledoodles
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oats
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
raisins, seeded
butter, without salt
molasses
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets.
Mix the flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, sugars, coconut and raisins together.
Melt butter and add the molasses and water into butter.
Pour butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Drop dough onto baking sheets with a teaspoon and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
