Sarson ka saag
Substances
1 bunch sarson vegetables
1 bunch spinach
1 onion grated
1/2 tsp. every ginger & garlic grated
3 green chillies
1 tbsp. grated cheese o r paneer (optional)
1/2 lemon juice salt to flavor
2 tbsp. ghee
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. maize flour
Course of action
1.Chop the two vegetables, clean, drain.
2.Warmth oil within just the stress cooker guide.
3.Insert both of those veggies, green chillies, stir.
4.Insert ginger, garlic, stir.
5.Incorporate pair pinches salt, 1 cup water.
6.Tension cook until finally carried out. (2 whistles).
7.Mash properly.
8.Warm ghee within just a pan, incorporate onion, saute right until brown,
9.Incorporate all other elements, unless of course cheese.
10.Stir perfectly and cook right until oil separates.
11.Garnish with cheese.
12.Provide sizzling with makki ki roti, or paratha.
