2/3rd cup yellow moong dhal
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Chopped coriander/cilantro
2 tsp. salt or to style
Procedure:
Pre-cook the lentils utilizing 3 cups of water. Warm oil inside of a saucepan and fry the cumin seeds for a moment. Insert the lentils and yet another 3 cups of water and turmeric powder, warm right until the blend starts off boiling, year with salt and change off the warmth. Garnish with chopped coriander/cilantro.
