Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
radishes, raw
carrots, raw
apples, raw, with skin
Directions:
Prepare the ponzu soy sauceor use store-bought.
Prepare the grated daikon radish, carrot, and apple.
Adjust the amounts to taste.
It's also okay if you don't use all of the ingredients.
Combine the ponzu soy sauce and grated ingredients and mix well.
It's a fruity and refreshing sauce.
I love it on top of grilled fish.
