Pumpkin Pie Pancakes

Ingredients:
oats
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
egg, white, raw, fresh
pumpkin, raw
pumpkin, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
honey
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender, except banana, and process until extra smooth.
Pour into a bowl.
Stir in milk as needed to thin out, but you shouldnt need to do so until the batter has been refrigerated.
Preheat a pan over medium heat.
Once heated, spray the skillet with cooking spray.
Drop batter into the pan, about 1/4 cup per pancake.
Once they begin to set (~ 2 minutes), flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
