Heirloom Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
vinegar, red wine
salt, table
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, pepper, black
oil, olive, salad or cooking
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions:
Whisk together vinegar, salt, mustard and pepper.
Add oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until emulsified.
Add tomatoes and toss gently to coat.
