Honey Taffy Recipe
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
honey
butter, without salt
salt, table
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
STIR CONSTANTLY.
Cook to soft crack stage (270 degrees).
Pour onto a buttered surface, cold to touch.
Pull taffy into ropes.
Break or possibly cut into 2 inch pcs.
Wrap in wax paper if you like.
Wrap again in colored tissue paper.
Makes 2 3/4 pounds candy.
