1/2 ripe medium banana
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 tbsp honey
1 pitted day, chopped
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 ice cubes

Instructions:
Add banana, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth. add dates, cinnamon, and ice. Combine for 3 minutes excess.
