Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
sugars, powdered
cheese, parmesan, hard
butter, without salt
vanilla extract
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Sift powdered sugar into larger mixing bowl.
Add softened or melted butter, cream cheese, and vanilla.
Start mixing slowly, and gradually beat faster as powdered sugar disolves.
For a fluffy frosting, beat 5-10 minutes, beat until ingredients are totally mixed in for a "not fluffy" frosting.
Add milk to thin frosting and powdered sugar to thicken.
Enough for 1 regular cake, 24-30 cupcakes -- .
