wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
butter, without salt
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar together into mixing bowl.
With pastry blender, cut in butter till mix resembles cornmeal.
Refrigerate30 min.
Then press firmly into 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 min.
Cold to room temperature.
