Pie Crust

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
lard
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Combine flour and salt.
Cut in lard.
Blend in water.
Blend well and divide in two.
Roll out on floured board.
Bake as directed in pie filling recipe.
